Clark's Plimsolls:
If like me you associate Clark's shoes with disastrous patent sandals and kids' shoes - you should take a proper look in your nearest store.
They now sell hip shoes from Prada-style rip-offs and sporty dessert boots to simple moulded canvas shoes.
So now you can get funky the Clark's style with all the comfort and quality associated with the company.
My favourite style is their plain white chunky canvas plimsolls at just pounds 12. Perfect for your holiday.
The Little Printed T-Shirt:
The craze was started by the designer Stella McCartney when she created T-shirts for Chloe depicting moonlight scenes and palm trees.
The most popular designs are the skyline prints in monochrome and tropical island prints. These T-shirts look great teamed with anything from denim cut-offs to a sleek trouser suit. My favourite print is New Look's poppy field design which is reasonably priced at just pounds 12.99. Also check out Exhibit and Top Shop for a great variety of prints and styles.
Head Scarves:
The headscarf is fast becoming this season's hottest accessory worn with crisp triangles at the back - it's the finishing touch to this summer's peasant-look.
Floral, gingham and paisley prints are the most popular style.
They're available at most high street shops. My favourite is Jigsaw's floral print headscarves at pounds 11 and also Topshop's range - priced around pounds 4.
